After Absence, what needs to be fixed.

After having quite some absent time again (yes yes second time life has struck me hard) I'm back to complete my work and make them close to perfect, but this can only be done with the help of you!

My question to you simple is, what profile do you use that I created and is not working or out of date?

Please hand me a link in this thread and tell me what's wrong, be as descriptive as possible.
