After 72 hours All characters have been deleted???

Translation: After my 72 hour ban, all my characters have been deleted.
Answer: Blizzard does not delete your character under any circumstances (though I can only speak for the EU and US versions, China, Korea and other asian clients use a different customer service venue). You got hacked, or you're not on the right server. If you really believe your character is deleted, you can use the 'Restore Deleted Character' function on the character selection screen, next to the 'Delete' button. It's a circular arrow.
