After 3 hours grind banned

That's not a ban for botting lol.

That's a ban for trying to sell/buy accounts/credits for real money.

Huge difference.

I have nothing sell or buy anything and the acc was new. i grind for 3 hours(300-400k) and banned.

Yeah, well you raised a flag there, 3 hour old account making 300k money within a few hours. Wasn't software but behavior ban. Most likely auto-ban without anyone checking it.

Thats the standard email u get for a ban, doesnt matter what you did ingame, you always get one of this.

Also can you give more info on what you where grinding and where (just planet)?
for instance NPCs on Ilum or something like that or farming chests on planet xxx.
There are planets that are being watched...
