After 2.0.4 and DB update.

After 2.0.4 and the update of DB, I have been noticing that my DB is giving me this error that is highlighted in red.

[Trinity][Performance] Execution of the block TargetCheck.RefreshCache took 373.27ms.
[Trinity][Performance] Execution of the block TargetCheck took 385.77ms.

How do I fix this? My trinity version currently is 1.8.17, I tried patching to 1.8.18 but experienced more issues.
