Advices to avoid being banned

Good afternoon guys,

I've been using two bots for my two accounts many weeks ago without ban.

Things that I DO:

-In the MORNING, I use Pokefarmer for only TWO HOURS for the first account, (account level 19) (20km/h).
-Right after stop the first bot, I open another Pokefarmer .exe to bot my second account (level 14), for TWO hours more (3.6km/h).

-In the AFTERNOON (around 16:00), I start to bot the account level 19 (this time 3.6km/h), for two hours again.
-Right after stop the last bot (of the day) of my first account, then I bot again my account level 14 (20km/h).

I use the cords of Central Park. As you can se, I only bot both accounts 8 hours, 4 each one of them.

It's important to modify the speed walk and NEVER MOVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION.

My method is slow leveling but it's THE SAFEST ONE.

I used an account since the first ban wave with driving speed till the bot gives the warning. and it got banned one hour ago. two other bots which I let run at driving speed are still running. I dont think that the speed or the amount of time you let it run really matters. I think they got a specific detection method. My banned bot was running for 30 min then all of the sudden got banned while I went out to do groceries.
right now there is no " safer " way. I read about ppl who just let it run a few hours on walking speed and got banned. the only thing you can do right now is only use the bot on fun accs, not main acc. because the bot is a 100 % ban at the moment. the only question is if it strikes now, in a week or in two weeks.

Dude , every sunday they release a ban wave, none of my accounts have been. The problem is related to API Unknown 6 and many plays patterns. There are many secure ways to avoid bans.

And what are these secure ways? I just love when people basically "oh there are many ways to do that" and don't explain a single one. I don't see how there is anyway you can use this bot in its current state without getting banned.
