Walk don't Bike Don't Drive Walk..
Take rest at Pokey Stops (there is a reason this option is in the bot)
Don't choose perfect throws
and turn off the bot for at least 6-8 hrs within a 24 hr period..
Do not stock pile on stardust, candy's try not to..
It's slower but it's way safer.. if you want to Drive do it for like 2 hrs a day change up stuff..

If you shut down your bot to look at your account on the phone remember the GPS Position Area ( Not the exact Position ) and use a Fake GPS "OR" to log back in or just disable your GPS to alter your account.. evolve or w/e you wanna do

If you would like to farm a different location don't move immediately I think the days for removing a soft ban are coming to an end soon.. take off the bot go sleep, do a quickie, have a smoke and drink a beer or a bottle of milk ( formula ) then go to the new location to farm that specific Pokemon you want

The idea here is if you appear to be a bot and you get the ban hammer coming up which will eventually don't come on the forums and complain you know better

I don't know what triggers it. Mostly must be teleportation. I have a 25 hour long log that ended 6am EST today. Driving speed, no random stops, no random throw accuracy. I never got banned. Surely I should have been. Trying my best to get banned on a different account. Seems like teleportation is one triggers it the most. Only thing I don't do.
