Advice on separate accounts!

So as we all know the ban wave hit us half a week ago but, man, I just want to play WoW...
So I've created a new account but on the same Battle.net account. My question is this, from someones' past experience or not, if I get banned again on this new account (yes I'm aware of how high risk this is) what do you think will happen?
Will I be permanently banned on my main account maybe? Or will Blizzard ignore the fact it's, although a first offence on the 'WoW' account, I would be banned for the 2nd time and that's all? 2 accounts, 2 6 month bans?

I've just read above and found that my question isn't made very clear!
Let me ask this. If I bot on my 2nd WoW account that is also connected to my main WoW account that has just been banned in the recent ban wave... Do you think my main account will be further punished?

And while we're here, I follow the thread regarding the current status of Honorbuddy but what is the state of HB at the moment.. what are the chances of Blizzard picking up the process instantly?

Honestly all of the above can happen. Blizzard can do whatever they feel like doing. In general a normal botting offense registered on an account not yet banned before has a 6 months penalty. But if they have proof that your main account is somehow related to it as well, or suspect it, they can choose to apply a penalty to that one too.

And fast so I appreciate it.
Looks like I may just have to level my new Monk from 100-110 manually... what a hard life this is!

i know how you feel... currently 104 on my dk and getting tempted to use hb for the remainder....but still resisting it... xD

Exactly the same... 54% through 104. It's painful!
