Advice on Botting After a Ban

I was banned a few weeks ago and would like some advice the risk of botting a few characters up to 90. Is the risk higher now that I've been banned. If it isn't how safe is it now to quest-bot.

Decrease general activity, randomize log-in patterns, mix up quests with dungeons and bgs.
