Advertising on a vanilla account to find private buyers.

Iam thinking about advertising my gold selling services in trade chat on a vanilla wow account. I dont care if the vanilla wow account gets banned for this (as it was made for it), however, is there any chance that any other accounts under my IP could be investigated and/or banned (such as, all my bots) as a result of the advertising account being investigated/banned?

afaik blizzard doesn't ban via IP. If they investigate and keep an eye on you - don't know.

Can anyone advise what their success rate are at finding private buyers, how often you loose accounts etc from spamming /trade and shouting etc ?

I tried with a trial account, but bliz has locked them down - cannot shout, /trade or whisper people (unless they whisper you)

You should never spam ingame because of too many blizzard employees and player reports, instead go google something like "Want to buy gold on YOUR SERVER" and see if you can find other than chinese gold pages, like forums etc. where people want to buy gold .
