As the title states, for some reason Adventure profile for Grifts will not loot or do townruns when bags are full. It is the best profile I have seen that does grifts efficiently. However, once the bags are full, and the shards are capped, it just continues plowing through Grifts and won't loot the items, won't empty bags, and won't use blood shards. Pickup and townruns work when using adventure mode profile for nrifts. I have both trinity and adventure mode plugins active.
