First of all a big hello to all you honorbuddy users. So my question is following:

Would it be possible to write a script that would check your bags every x minutes
for a y item you could manually specify, and if said item was in your inventory
it would automatically stop grinding/questing/etc... and go to the nearest
mailbox, send the said item, and then go grind/quest... back again. If this
is possible, could anyone please help with some tips or even make the code?

Also would it be possible to set the bot to only mail 1 specific item (E.g. if you were grinding cloth - see it to ONLY send cloth and not the rest of your inventory)

I wouldn't say "easy". Such a task isn't easy for people who aren't familiar with PB.

Btw I've already made a sample profile which almost does what you want. Check out my blog (link in signature)
I think with a few small modifications you can make it do what you wanted.
