Admin Please Help

I am trying to set up my bot again, and i had the codes tied to a buddy auth login. It is telling me that both of my codes are no longer there on the login, so i re-enter the codes and it says that they are taken. Please help me so i can get back to using the buddy store.

I also had to create a new Forum account.

Hi, Rottynation1,

The forum account is not tied to your Buddy Auth account in any fashion.

When you log into the Buddy Authentication Portal, there is a combobox it the upper right of the web page that allows you to select a "Region". Please look for your keys in each of the available regions.

Once you find them, you probably want to assign them to a specific region (rather than "BestLatency") to make them easier to locate in the future.

I just looked again and went to every directory and there is still no key available in any section and i know i have 2 keys under this log in.

Is it possible you are logging into the Buddy Authentication Portal using a wrong email address?

If no joy, you will need to contact the Bossland 'front office' at [email protected] to see if they can assist you in locating them. The forum staff does not have access to the user account information to assist you further with this problem.
