Addons

Hey Fellow botters..

I have been thinking about using some addons for my bots. I know its not recommended to use addons for the stability of the bot. But i was thinking if there wasn't addons that was ok to use and others to not use at all.

So i want to hear your experiences with addons. Some that you like to use, that doesn't make the bot unstable and especially those not to use.

I have not tested anything yet myself, but i was thinking about using these addons:

Prat 3.0
ArkInventory - mostly to be able to see what items my other chars has
Postal
CARBONITE

Personally i run a full ui with no issues inc most off them addons

Carbonite is a shit in my opinion, takes a lot of memory. Since you're only grinding with bot it's useless. If you want to do some quests use Show Quest Objectives.

I am using only Postal, Chatter, Loot Filter and Bagnon for my bot.

When I'm playing i run a huge list of addons, but when i start botting I disable everything for memory conservation. Only addons I would consider running while botting is chatter, auctioneer and maybe a loot filter addon. For my purposes any other addons would just slow things down.

Auctioneer (a must for moneymaking)
ct-mod Basic (mail/ui-mod , really great)

That's all i need for the occasional times when i play for hand, or manages loot/ah
