Adding soul mend

I understand how to edit the xml file. How does the bot know to soul mend? Whats the exact code that needs to be placed in the xml to get the bot to soul mend? I understand I need to get the hot spot for the healer as well.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

As long as you have a healer added in the healer section, it will go to the closest one at 10% or less soul.
