Add time delay to Ulitbuff for food buff

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to add a time delay in Ultibuff so it wont continuously use food but instead wait 10-15 seconds to reuse any item in order to allow well fed to pop?
I would ask the original author but he seems to no longer be active.
