Add an option for casual play

Hi,

I know that if you don't mark anything it will go into casual mode, but I think many people don't know this.
So just add an option for casual mode like for the other modes.

As far as I know when you turn off the Practice & Ranked PVP off it is in Casual mode

So actually the bot has 5 modes :

• Practice
• Practice & Expert IA
• Ranked PVP
• Arena
• none of the above = Casual

See above Pic. As long as Ranked pvp is not checked. All you need to do is Manually click casual select your deck hit start
