Active Session

I need some help with the active session message please.

I haven't been able to run PF since last night. Keep getting message that I have to kill an active session. But when I log into he portal, there are no active sessions.

When I check the "Keys" on the account, I can see my key is there and valid until February.

Message:

Authentication Result [LOGIN][Max Sessions] [0]
Please log in to BuddyAuth and kill your active session
