Activation issue

Hello

I am new to this but am having an issue. I purchased a 1 yr 1 access account. I got the activation key but it says inactive on the Keys page. How do I activate it? I put in a ticket and the only response I get is post on the forum and a moderator will help me. Please Help.

I tried, when I put it in there it tells me invalid key. I then press the button below to get my key and it tells me I do not have any purchases to manage. If I go to the Keys tab it shows the purchase and the key I was emailed but says it has not been activated. Have I missed a step?

make sure you are trying the bot you have paid for,also clear your settings folder and try again
