Act4 - Fall of Heaven QuestId Step not working

doesnt create game, db just pause!

Just can resume an existing game!

I have the quest!

Thx For Help or the right Quest/Step id!

yep noticed the same problem with my profile for it now, it can not create a new game for that quest.
