I think this is still one of the best ways to gear up a freshly dinged char

However the current chest runner seems to have issues with .398 and beta

Can anyone take a look at it, I have tried a few changes but after 5-6 runs it still screws up and your char stands in 1 spot spamming ooc movement skills and seems to do that for hours even with inactivity both checked

It works fine on .392 but I don't think .392 will work on new season will it?

I'm running it on a S2 character with .392 and it works just fine, from what I can see.
