Act 1 profile wont start

I am trying to level up my monk. its lvl 15. I want to do some normal act 1 champion runs to get a couple more levels. I down have the inferno champion hunting profile that is at the top of the list. I followed the instructions on how to change it to normal by changing the inferno tag to normal in the file itself. However, when the bot tries to start the game I get a There was an error in the matchmaking service. The request was canceled. (error 316611)

Yea what did you do about the match making service..?

I did not have the correct quest unlocked. I just finished every quest on the act and it worked fine after that.
