I got banned late last night and just sent in the appeal ticket this morning when I woke up. On a side note I have only had this acct for about 2 weeks and usually bot 2-5 hours a day. Also I had just pre ordered the next expansion on this acct.
*** just heard back from blizz and it took them less than 1 hour. They have removed the ban and made it a 72 hour suspension
