Accounts banned and IP banned?

Both my accounts were banned and today I tried to make a new one to start over on, but I'm getting no GPS signal on my phone and when I try on Nox it gives me the servers humbled response. Has anyone whose had their accts banned also had their IP banned?

Go into airplane mode, then off, that will give you a new ip on your phone.

Banning phone Ip is retard, it's most likely they ban your home IP cause you were using Nox. writ down your current IP, unplug your modem for like 10 mins, reconnected them. Check to make sure the IP is different, if not contact your internet service provider, they should be able to change it for you.
