"Account upgrade failure" when buying battlechests

Hey guys so recently I've been trying to get multiple accounts running and I stumbled upon this problem. I paid for 10 battlechests and after the delay it usually takes to raise all the trial account restrictions I received an email which looks like this
Greetings,

This notice is being sent to inform you that we are unable to successfully process the recently requested electronic upgrade for World of Warcraft account. As such, this account has been set to the account type which it was at before the electronic upgrade and no charges have been processed for this.

So basically they have some kind of protection against people buying multiple accounts at once. I even tried upgrading all of them again with at least 30 mins inbetween each payment, but it was of no use and I got my money back again.

Does anyone have experience with this and could give me some advice with how to go around this?
