Yeah guys,
i was banned this afternoon with a permaban, so i compiled the "compromised account" web form and.. ta-daaa:

"We have now concluded our investigation, and your account has been unlocked.

We have also placed a warning on your account, and issued you a 72 hour (3 day) suspension."

success!

i didn't change my ip, but i did the request while i was at work (so tecnically the ip was different)

i think i was VERY VERY VERY lucky

about 10 minutes, then they gave me a warning and 3 ban days
i don't know if it's important to know that it's an unmerged account that i bought about 1 week ago

This have happened for me about three times, first they accuse you for selling gold. And when you tell them you got hacked they shorten the ban to 72 hours and change the reason to automated gathering third part software.
