So today i recieved a ban on my main account, which ive had for 7 years. I was using the WoTF / Jade forest herb / mining profile, with gatherbuddy2.
First when i looked at my mail in my inbox it looked fake, cause it wasnt of the regular formula blizzard uses, but then i logged onto my bnet account, and there it was in red: "Account Banned"
I've maybe had a bit of wild week what goes for botting, like botting all day and all night with a HBRelog timed schedule of 50 min farm 30 min pause.. so yea.. i didnt really thought i would get caught.
Life sucks, because it doesnt look like it's a case that can be appealed, (well ima still go strong on my AHBuddy / shuffle account and alani grind account), but oh well, here's the mail:

Blizzard reserves the right to terminate access for conduct of this nature, with or without warning, as noted in the World of Warcraft Terms of Use:

As you can see it looked pretty automated / cold hearted..

Always appeal .. It depends a bit on the GM that is handling your case, but very often the sentence will be converted into a 72 hrs ban.
It's always worth the attempt.

Okay so I went ahead and appealed my case.
Going once, got declined.
Going twice, got declined.

This is the second mail i recieved:

Your account was permanently suspended due to use of third party programs, which is against the Terms of Use (http://eu.blizzard.com/en-gb/company/about/termsofuse.html).

When running, the World of Warcraft client may monitor your computer's random access memory (ram) and/or cpu processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft. An unauthorized third party program as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including without limitation any addon or mod, that in Blizzard Entertainment's sole determination:

I. enables or facilitates cheating of any type;

II. allows users to modify or hack the World of Warcraft interface, environment, and/or experience in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard Entertainment; or

III. intercepts, mines, or otherwise collects information from or through World of Warcraft. In the event that World of Warcraft detects an unauthorized third party program, Blizzard may

a) communicate information back to blizzard entertainment, including without limitation your account name, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date the unauthorized third party program was detected; and/or

b) exercise any or all of its rights under section 6 of this agreement, with or without prior notice to the user.

The use of such programs or files is clearly unfair to the World of Warcraft community playing regularly and is not tolerated on our servers.

Following a review of your case, we can confirm that such program has been used on several occasions by your account, and that the subsequent action taken is appropriate.

Please note that if our Terms of Use (http://eu.blizzard.com/en-gb/company/about/termsofuse.html) are violated, appropriate action is taken on the account, regardless of who was using it at the time.

Account security is fully the responsibility of the registered owner, and all sensitive elements that allow access to the account should be kept secret. Blizzard Entertainment does not permit account sharing, therefore only the registered owner is considered to have access to the account.

Please be advised that sanctions in relation to this matter will not be taken against any new accounts you may wish to create, but the characters from your cancelled account will remain irretrievable. If you should wish to create a new account, you will need to obtain a new and unused CD key with a retail copy of the game.

So.. Yea i know it's beating on an old dead.. rotten skeleton horse that's been buried and digged up a thousand times..
But, what the heck do i do now?
Do i just keep appealing or what?
It's my account through 6-7 years (yes its my own fault for botting), but is there absolutely nothing i can do now? It's like they just keep pulling evidence out their a**, and they're really persistant about it. Like are they just trying to scare me off xD or do you buddies honestly think theres a chance i'll get my account back?

I bot on my main account that ive had since vanilla and if blizzard perma banned me I would just stop giving them my $15 a month and move on to another game. The only reason I still play is to raid with friends and because I have so many achievements/mounts/ and what not on this account its hard to stop playing. Most everything been done by hand and not by bot. So if blizzard took it all away it would be a lot easier to step away from the game.

If a GM invisibly shadows you for 10 minutes and sees you are clearly a bot, and writes this down in your account info, nothing you say will ever get that account back.

they are also pretty smart and probably follow you for 5-10 minute sessions over multiple days, so you can't even argue it was a 1 time thing.

because a gm told me they do the other day you guys really think that you walk on a silver lining and your fine your not trust me. The exact words out of his mouth was they flagged my account way long ago and kept watching what I did to confirm it which is the reason why my main account ive had for 3 years was banned.

ok so this was my... 3rd appeal on the case... it's like blizzard opened up a new division of gms called <bot investigate division>, like all they do there is just and sit and wait for the monitored accounts to appeal their case and then instantly decline... seriously it's my third decline in a row and they answer within 30 mins, what kind of sorcery is this seriously??

Where do you get this crap from? I mean come on do you even believe what you write or are you just trying to write a short story or something. Neither you nor anyone else here has the slightest clue how these things work. I had 5 accs banned the last week or so but in the time they were active I made $1500 so I got some more going now to make another $1500 but you know what I have no clue how they found out about me.
