Account permanent closed

Hi, now it's got me my 5 year old account has been banned ...
Here is the email:

Is there a way to remove permanent ban? I once read that you can write down an e-mail and there is then a chance that he will be unlocked ..
What should I do? Admit that I have gebotet and apologize and ask for forgiveness? Or deny everything and say they will check it again? Or a different approach?

"Repeated use of a third program to control the character" implies you've been banned previously for BG botting... if that's the case I doubt any email you send them will do any good sadly.
