account perbanned for botting, even if i never botted on it. Not overturned

As the title says, my main got banned even if i never ever botted on it. I run 2 more bot running 12hrs/day on the very same computers, one of them got banned a few days a ago, the other one is still going.

They didn't overturn the ban, saying that "they had proof that i was using 3rd party softwares".

I think they somehow managed to track my computer or smt like that.

Did anyone have any luck when isulating bots into virtual machines?

You sure that u didnt bot on main? Thats just fucking stupid if they can just ban like that. I lost my main too few days ago, it hurts

They do not track or monitor PC's. They can see IP addresses, and search accounts that run from them, but thats something that normally was never done when I was there.

You ever ship gold or goods earned on the bot accounts to your main? Also, have any of your bot accounts been hit?

If so, they probably found a link and shut you down because of it.
