Account or Battle.net Account ban?

If i have a 80 on my main acc. and transfer it to another acc under same email. and that acc gets banned, is it the battle.net acc that gets banned, or just that specific account?

Only the specific account gets banned, but there is a strong possibility they will investigate all other accounts on your Battle.net account.

Yeh, personally I just would put it on a different account with a different first name and last name that would be the most preferential.
