Account only locks up and i have to reset my password..

Ive been botting for a fair bit.... and i only get the random account is locked due to certain activity... and i just need 2 reset my password.. havent gotten a one for awhile now... just wondering if Blizzard has changed there way for punishing botters.. by lock there account up for them to reset it?
