Account on buddyauth

So, I can't create an account on buddy auth, when I try I get an error about my username. I have tried a bunch of different things, including registering, says that email is already in use. Tried to resend verrification and says username needed but only provides a input for an email. I want to purchase some items from the buddystore. Thanks in advance for any help!
