"Account not approved"

Hi, I did a trial purchase for a 3 day pass and tried to get a key from the authentication buddy but when I tried logging in with the account I made there it said "account not approved" contact support etc.
I sent a mail to the supportmail but if anyone have any solutions from here it would be appreciated since I figure it's saturday and I'd rather not lose 2 days of my 3 day trial...

the bot has been broken for almost 2 months right now, they might not be letting new accounts in to prevent angry customers.

when registering on our portal,you are receiving an automated activation email with a link you have to follow

check under spam and if you still got issues contact [email protected]
