I understand that my account drew Blizzard's attention due to 24 hour botting but just wanted to let you know that they locked my account but didn't ban it. All I had to do is to reset my password. In their letter they gave me links to their US websites for resetting the password & for customer support even though my account is EU. But of course I had to go to EU website nevertheless.
Edit: I also want to mention that I used VPN software which alters my IP. This also could be the reason they have locked my account because they saw that my account was accessed from different IP!!!
