Account locked, Can't log into BuddyAuth or Store

I just locked myself out after doing a several attempts,
requested a password reset but the account seems to be locked.

Already submit a request to https://bosslandgmbh.zendesk.com/anonymous_requests/new

I was wondering if you could please re-activate the account and change my password for me.
