Account is not working!

Hey! I have no idea what the account name/pass word is for my Honorbuddy Login is. I can log in, on the website, and "Key Based System: Register here using the email you used on the Gate2Shop Checkout Page, to get access to all your Keys and to manage them." But I didn't create a new account with the same email when I shopped from Gate2Shop. What should I do? I can log into Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal, but not to the program itself!

What should I do? :S

If you've received an email with your key, just put that in the Username slot and leave the PW blank. if you haven't received it yet, give it some time, it could take up to 24 hours... (mine took about 2 hours).

Don't worry about the Gate2shop thing, it isn't used for key based accounts (at least not yet).

thats the problem, ive played on the account before, but now everything is New. cant i give the email to bossland so he can resend the login details to me?

you dont need a username and pass for Hb

you need a key

your key should be under "Keys" tab

When I log onto Buddy Auth portal website and then click on Keys, it only shows up 3 empty tabs

when you bought your Hb?

you paid it via paypal or bank transfer?

bank, and yes I'm sure. But it wasn't me who bought, because I'm not 18 years or older and that means I can't have my own credit card. So my little older friend bought it via bank transfer, and we used his email. Can't I just give you the email and maybe you can resend the login details? :S

I've got the same problem, bought honorbuddy lifetime 3 sessions, about 1 year ago. Last time i've logged was ~25 juni 2011. I've tried to login with my old info, says password is wrong. I've resetted password once - not working again, resetted second time - again not working and then resetted password third time - again not working. What should I do to regain my lifetime account?

if you bought it before August it means that u are a username/password based user,not a key based user

you can reset your pass here Bossland GmbH but you still need to have access on the payment email and you need to know the shop username

if you dont,your friend(the owner) must help you

Oh my god, what is this? Freaking shit! We got the receipt, password and email but no the username(hb6~ something) ... this is totally BS!
