account does not loading

I bought it today and I tried to log in with my ptc account (3lvl account just for a test ) but when I put my key and then my account's info the game doenst start.

I did logged in for 10mins then the game crushed and now I cannot log in again. the same results as previous.

thats exactly what im gettin, they just updated and solved the map i logged in for about an hour then cant relogin again. i killed my session on buddyauth.com to and still no luck. Any fix would be appreciated. This is the 5th day since i bought my key and have only been able to use it for an hour max. I'm beggining to think maybe you guys should stop selling keys until this bot is stable 100%
