Hi,

I got HB in June 2010. I didn't use it for quite a while now. Today I wanted to test it again, but I couldn't login to the new version of HB because of invalid account details.
But it works at the old version I used last year.
Where do I get my new login details?

you must log using the shop username and shop

if you dont remember your pass you can reset it here

I did register on the new buddy auth portal with the email I used in the shop last year.
But I dont have any active keys or sessions there

you re not a keybased user you are a username based user,thats why you cant see any keys

ok, Im logged in at the shop now and I can see my services.
It was a 1 year membership back last year, isn't it a lifetime now as I have seen in a thread here?

when was the expiration date of your 1 year Hb?

hummm I think it works now. I can login and the session is also in that Buddy auth portal.
I will try it ingame now

ok, now I get this message:

wow settings---options---advanced and change Graphics API to dx9
