Nice one for confirming to blizzard that you were infact using the bot by posting your char name - server and country - gl getting your account back :)

Thats why you get banned. If you can't even take a second to remove your toons name and realm makes me think you didn't took care to not be detected as well. Sorry for your loss.
 
There isn't much u can do, you can try to reply to the original mail from blizzard making a story u where not using any 3rd party software m or maybe telling them it was not u and that u where hacked but if no one actually loged in your acc from different ip or even country that will hardly work.
It will cost u nothing to try but there isn't any 100% way to get it back
 
call with a blizz worker and tell him that you dont know why you are banned and that you think that you was hacked^^

Just gotta ignore the douchebags, they rarely offer anything helpful anyway.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. I'd say make a sincere and persistent effort to recover the account. Submit a ticket and give them a call or three. Act dumb and honetly confused as to why your account was banned. Hopefully no one from Blizz saw your account info before you removed it.
 
I would suggest also removing the Customer Service worker name also.. but I guess its too late anyway since you posted realm & account name already..

Not true. Some times I am A-hole sometimes not. It all depends. When there is massive fail, like this guy did, there is nothing to search for. So your statement is just too wide, too general. I spend time trying to help others on other topics. I think you should clear your that post. False statement IMO.
 
Have to agree with dracoe on this generally im not a douche either but when its called for then it has to be done.

It's interesting that you chose to reply to my post as though it was directed toward you even though I didn't name anyone specific.

The reason for the ban section is so that people can post the specifics about their ban/suspension. Treating them like they are fools or idiots is most likely going to make them think twice before posting here in the future (if they lose another account). It can also have a negative effect on future posters. Beyond that flaming people here adds nothing constructive, so why even bother to flame other than the satisfaction of doing the Superior Dance?

"sometimes im an a-hole" shouldn't happen, if your going to be a jerk when you post, then don't post. i've let these kind of shenanigans go on for far to long, if you cant post something constructive then dont post. its as simple as that.

Would you mind posting the particulars? Or can we assume that you were using this account in almost exactly the same manner as the account that you filled out the form for in the OP?
 
I suspect, one of these was the cause of the ban.
