Account closure.

Half an hour ago while I was afking in orgrimmar, collecting some AH sells I got disconnected, and now I am getting an error#202 The world of warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use. please contact bla bla.
I have been botting for a long time in a low populated server, mainly HB and GB2, only recently I started to sell some stuff thru AH, and I think that's what tipped them off. Cuz I've never done AH sells. and I started to sell some herbs and bars,probably between 10-30 auctions per day. So I am still waiting for an e-mail from blizzard, so I can write them a proper reply. any advise is appreciated since this is my veteran account and I even got arena master title and all. I know it's dumb to bot on main account but what the hell. it would be nice to get back to real life a bit if I can't recover my Acc. Here is the form;

That is an automated ban by Blizzard script. If you are botting on that account (I mean gathering) then gona be very hard for you to get back that account. They just don't care about that how is old and about titles. But good luck!

After I wrote an appeal of my situation they replied in a short time and here is the message I got from them ;

This is the latest response from Customer Support:
Hi there,

Your account has been suspended for a 72 hour period due to use of third party programs, which is against the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: Battle.net Terms of Use), the relevant part of which can be found in this article :

When running, the World of Warcraft client may monitor your computer's random access memory (ram) and/or cpu processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft. I got my legit (paid) acc banned yesterday, first offense, perma ban. I wrote 2 tickets, denying that i was botting, playing stupid etc, and i got rejected. Than i admited it and apologized, and they reduced it to 72h ban.
This is the ticket that got me unbanned:

I never intended to hurt the players and World of Warcraft community. I foolishly went for the easy road, and not gonna lie, it was childish, and i deserve to suffer the consequences. But i honestly believe permanent ban is a bit too much. This is my first offence, and i have always abided by your rules, and never had any issues. So i am here to ask you to reduce my penalty. Everyone deserves second chance, and i believe i do too. Make it last chance, final warning, any penalty you like, but don't exclude me from the game. Please reinstate my account

i also had 2 SOR cata accounts banned yesterday, but they told me to fuck off didnt expect them to unban those anyway
