Account CLOSURE

Hi guys

Today I got an account closure for using kicks profile. It said I was exploiting and using flying hacks and such, when really I was just botting.

I would like to appeal this ban, but I don't know how to approach it. I was thinking just being honest and taking a 72 hour suspense rather than a perma-bad, but I want to get someone's opinion first.

Sure, here's constructive feedback. So tired of hearing "I got banned because of someone else" posts. First off, nothing there implies that "Kicks" profile was the reason you were nailed. Been using his profiles for YEARS on SEVERAL accounts and have yet to receive even a suspension. You were busted for any number of reasons, (botting for a long period and getting reported, too many auctions, too much gold changing hands, private gold sales, not monitoring and getting stuck - getting reported). How exactly can you say "for using kicks profiles" when you state clearly it was for "speed hacks and exploiting"? Get over it, get a new account and bot more carefully next time, instead of laying the blame on someones profile. By the way, your link leads to account penalty explantations, "details" how?

Ok, I will start this again.

I got banned while using kicks (no blame laying here, I am giving information about my ban. Kick is a god among men, his hard work has certainly been appreciated by the community. If I was banned while using archaeology bot, I would include that in my post). I know from reading past threads that laying out a well written response could grant me my account back. I am not a hardcore botter, I just bot to level my character.

I don't want a fight, it makes no sense to attack me or anyone else. I did not call anyone out, and I intend on only benefiting myself and not degrading other's experiances.

Please I hope this version is not as offensive, I only ask for your help.

+1 for the brown-nosing towards Kicks after you said you didn't lay blame on his profile.

About the account closure? No-one has a 100% sure hit unban method - all you can do is put in a ticket, perform whatever good-luck ritual you have, and then sit out and wait for the response. If it's a bad response, then repeat the first section a few times before the GM's basically tell you to F. the hell off in their 'polite' "you're never getting your account back" manner.

Good luck. Sometimes you win the appeals, sometimes you don't.

"OH I mean banned WHILE using.." ... wish this shit was available ONLY to people who use it responsibly.

It would be a safer world if HB did some screening.. but like blizz.. theyre just interested in as much $$$$ as possible.
