As the account holder, you are responsible for the activity associated with this game license. The abuse that took place was an unacceptable detriment to other players, the integrity of the game world, and the quality of our service as a whole.

Closure extends to all characters and their associated property on the above license. Blizzard will not transfer or otherwise compensate any subscription time, purchases, or in-game value lost as a result of this closure.

It's usually from player reports, try to avoid going afk if you can and not using plugins which take a lot of performance out of the bot, I've made all my plugins event-based only.

the auction only will be the problem, if you are doing undercute 24hrs day ... becouse other players will report you

As Giwin said, you stacked some player reports, and / or you were questing for 8+ hours straight for several days, w/o brakes or doing any other random activity, which rise red flag "on the other end of the wire".

No, this is not your answer. It's only a problem if you have hundreds of the same item (like ores or herbs) on the AH... it throws up flags. Between all of my toons on my tradeskillers I probably have 5,000 auctions on my server.
