9)Was your account involved in gold selling? No i didnt sell any gold, but i was sending the gold from this account to my other Main Account (sepreated battle net account) and btw both accounts with same First and Last name

first of all it's my botting account, not my main account...
and usually i send all the gold to my other seprated battle.net account (main account), and i send it via mailbox
and i've sent only ~70k gold since i started botting.. and i didnt even send it at once..

And now they they think i'm a gold seller.. and banned my botting account!

what should i say to them to restore my account?

should i say its my other account and i was sending gold between both account?

because i dont need my main account to get involve and get banned .. it's my main account since ~6 years with 11k achives on main chars and Alot of rare stuff that cant be gained anymore..

and as i understood from their message that they didnt caught me botting.. im correct?


so please help and tell me what should i say to restore my botting account..

Try appealing the ban. Usually they let you off if it's your first offense.

Don't say that you were sending to your other account.
I got the same ban email, and when I opened a ticket, I explained that I've never sold any gold or anything like that. But they did say that the materials that I sold on AH, in order to get the gold, were indeed collected by a bot.
They'll most likely tell you the same thing. So whatever you do, don't say that you sent gold to your other account.
That would probably end up with both accounts banned.

How did they know that it was done by a bot? Didi you leave it on 24/7
