Account Closure - Need help!

Hi there.. My last account got permabanned (like 3 years ago) and since then I haven't been botting. However, I picked up HonorBuddy and have been doing some botting to level up a new character. Today, I botted like 5 hours, then had a 3 hour raid, then 1 hour botting again. Just like now, I noticed my account had been DCed, and when trying to log back in I got this message: http://puu.sh/29Tec

Few minutes later, I got this email:

I really need to get this account back. What's the best way?

1) Making a ticket saying "I WASNT BOTTING, I was sitting there leveling my character and suddely got DCd" or something like that
2) Make another ticket, saying "Yes, I was botting, pretty please can I have a 72 hour ban instead of a permaban?"
3) Something else?

Admit nothing, deny everything, demand truth.

I've seen a friend of mine contest it, they reviewed his account and found nothing and lifted the ban. I'm not saying that will be the case with yours, I have no idea, but I would call in, contest it, complain, and never admit to doing anything wrong.

Okey, I'll try that. I had another account botting herb+mining on = I had a copy of HonorBuddy up. Could this be helpful / bad for the outcome?

Also, does it matter if I call or make a ticket?
