Account Closure, need help with Appealing.

I recently got hit by a permanent ban for botting in battlegrounds. It's my main account and all, would love to get it back. I've sent in 2 appeals so far, one acting as I had no idea what's going on and stating claims I've been hacked. None was successful, should I call in their hotlines and request an appeal there? Would really appreciate some help.

Kind of hard to plead that you don't know whats going on when you bot from your own ip and computer.
Don't bot what you can't afford lose.
Don't try too many times - after approx 3 appeals they consider the matter closed and will not re-open under any circumstances.
You will have to be very imaginative with your email as they clearly know you were botting.

Try...I make a lot of cookies and I constantly turn on a bot so I don't burn my cookies or something stupid like that. I got an appeal once by doing that. Just don't bot at late late night and don't bot for more than 8-9 hours a day.
