Hallo.
My account was closed for abuse of the ecenony. But i used vpn changer when i trading gold. I wrote ticket today that i got hacked etc.
But they want to give them scan of my id.
Give them this or not?
It will help me to get account back or not?
 
I believe the ID check is to prove you are the original owner of the account. If you are, it *should* be restored to you.

OK thx all i sended them all infor and its works thx. But now i can delete this information and sell all the gold or wont do it?
 
i believe any gold trade between two vanilla accounts (or level 1 characters) triggers ban now.
i had ban for trading 9k even.
im completely stuck. to calculate actual profit you have to add vanilla cost to any trade now.

either blizzard went complete nuts lately, or its just something wrong on my side (hw ids, vpns, whatever)

Yeah, those fuckers just did this to 4 of my accounts. I got two back, but not the other two, they are perma banned. I had just traded like 67k off of one though, so...
 
But they can ban me after one trade instant?
Couse i want to sell all my gold in half hour.
 
I made several trades before these accounts got banned. They were also banned before and it was reversed. There is never a guarantee when you are selling gold. It's like a shot in the dark, sometimes they get you and sometimes they don't. I've even gotten accounts back after selling gold on them that day, ban, then unbanned within 8 hr time frame... That happened to one of my accounts yesterday.
 
But i dont need this account after I sold all my gold.
I just ask about that, they can ban me in less than hour after gold trading?
 
It really is just pot luck.

When i could solo farm firelands trash i was farming it for about 6hours a day on my hunter, some days i was making 500k gold.

In total i must have traded like 3million on that account and i didnt get a ban lol, but in the end i was banned for trading 32k 0.o
 
When they asked for my ID I just found a picture of government issued ID online, scanned it, and modified the picture and name on it with microsoft paint. Then I saved it at a resolution that you couldn't tell that the new stuff was a little too clean.

They have never given me any problems. I doubt they look too closely because I didn't put much effort into it. It shows that their "security measure" really does absolutely nothing...

But for what you send false id. I sended my real ID.
In ticket about my account they answer my that my account was hacked beacouse of viruses. Then this can be happen again.

Anyway they cant put me in jail or to pay fee for gold selling:) Or im wrong?:D

No, as far as I know there is nothing they can do legally abut selling accounts or in game items such as gold, etc.
