Account closed then unbanned

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 4 hours a day

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 90% of the time, I just leave the bot on my other monitor, I dont leave the bot on when im not here.

7)How many auctions per day did you have?: 0, I sold to people through trade

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? Nope

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? Nope

10)EU or US realm? US

My account was permanently closed for "Abuse of the Economy", I thought it was too late and I couldn't get it unbanned, but I called up and they said they wanted to do a investigation, and that I would receive a email within a few hours sa ying what will happen, luckily enough the ban got lifted. How long should I wait before botting again?

The exact same thing happened to me, but I emailed them and they also lifted it.

I'm wondering if it /does/ have something to do with Uldum.

Regardless, this was almost a month ago, so I'm considering botting again.

I think it might have also been something about how I just spammed the AH with my stuff, because I didn't know any better.

I'd like it if someone with experience with this situation shed some light.

both reasons you listed are likely to be at the cause of your ban. if you are going to gather, you pretty much need your own profile if you don't want to get banned. spamming the ah is also bad b/c ppl won't hesitate to report you.

for posting lots of items on the AH, do it across multiple toons if nothing else. that way the random player thinks its different ppl.

I am from NZ and wen i call up for an unban they say that there is nothing they can do and the only way to et unbanned is to talk with a GM.. Pretty annoying really..

In america when u call bliz do u call GMs?
