Account Closed for Abuse of Economy

Hey guys, I just sold gold for the first time last night and I just received an email that my account was closed. I've never been banned, warned, or anything. Should I just lie and say I was lending gold to a few friends? How is the best way to get out of this? I made 4 trades of 40k or less each trade. I would have bought a dummy account had I know they delete the account without a warning.

It's more than likely a goner, gold selling seems to really piss em off.

Your 99% chance of screwed. blizzard hates gold sellers.
They are almost forgiving to just botting for personal/guild gain.

Really can't hurt to try though can it?
Go for it. Worst that can come of it is your acct is still banned.
 
I am going to submit something right now. Might say that I was trading gold from this server to receive on another server. We shall see :/
 
idd, they R very unforgiving when it comes to gold selling, but can always give it a try...
im just supriced ive not been banned for this yet my self, but guess its all about luck...
 
Well, I disputed it. We shall see what happens. How the hell are you suppose to sell gold without getting caught lol? (I'm sure thats the million dollar question)

You usually don't. You just have to find a way to sacrifice a vanilla account and not your farming/main account(s)
 
Another one of my accounts was just banned for the same thing. Hes the one who had my guild bank and my gold. Very odd for me to just get banned when I just sent a dispute ticket.
 
They already replied on the account I sold gold on and I got the generic template that they will not reverse it. Im kinda pissed now that they would also get my main with all my gold just because I invited someone to my guild that had the money on it. That account had over 600k+
