2)If so, when was the last time?:at the time of the closure

3)What profile were you using?: Kick's questing profiles

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: default hunter at the time of account closure.

5)What plugins are you using?: autoequip, refreshment detection

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 8-12

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?75%

7)How many auctions per day did you have?: none, cod buyers

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? no

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? no

10)EU or US realm? US

11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? paid account.

This was my main account. Yes I know the risks of botting your main. I can almost guarantee it was questing afk or using GB2 for as long as i did. I had loads of fun with honorbuddy and would do it all over again. I shall try to appeal this ban but if i do, I will definitely be investing in an account to do the dirty work from now on

okay. here is my story. I sent an appeal shortly after making this post. I sent them a heartfelt letter letting them know how upset I was over losing my account.


this is what i recieved back within 20 minutes...

The Terms of Use state that you will not "...modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Game Client or the Service in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard" or "...use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the World of Warcraft experience..." Additionally, the Battle.net Terms of Use (http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/about/termsofuse.html) state that "You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Login Information, and you will be responsible for all uses of the Login Information, including purchases, whether or not authorized by you."
