Account banned for over a year. How to get it back when I was botting in same IP

How can I get an old account back that I was botting in with the same IP that I always was playing the account in? Does anyone have any old letters they've used that were successful?

I guess its a year old because they already claimed (a year ago) that there was no turning back on the ban hammer. This could be a 3-4 year old account but if they already said NO it is no
