Accessing Forums and posts

Hi

Im new to the forums but I have a full Honorbuddy purchase and would like permission to access all the forums. I tried to get something called "Tidybags" but I got the following message.
I would appreciate any help you could offer.

Everyone can access all parts of the forum except the admin area
If you cannot download a file I guess its in the archive section and from there you cannot download.
The description of the forum says "Outdated info. Attached files maybe insecure or no longer supported. Download deactivated!"

If you're familiar with using Tortoise SVN, then I can post the SVN link for Tidy Bags v3.0, which still works. I use it as one of my regular plugins. It's been updated to work with MoP because it combines the Motes of Harmony to make Spirits of Harmony. I think it also opens some other "bag" type items that go into your inventory, but not all of them.
